This is a decent measurement 'gadget' for measuring and leveling for every day household use. Prior to having this I used 3 or 4 different tools for the same work as this one tool. I have seen a few of these advertised with varying degrees of additional gimmicks, the bubble levels works well and I like that it has all three angles covered, the tape measure goes to 8’ and the laser is convenient, there’s a button on the front right above the laser to adjust the beam from a line to a cross. I would caveat this by saying it's functional but very cheaply made, the tape measure automatic rewind stopped functioning about a month after purchase and one of the bubbles in the horizontal side of the bubble level split which is more of an annoyance as a defect, for the price it is a decent multi use tool.
In general, if you are not needing the highest quality or sharpest precision and need something for everyday household work this would be good enough. It does include batteries as well as an extra set for the laser which is good as the will run down the batteries.
