Unexpectedly great signal quality
I put this antennae on a basement ‘worms eye view’ window and had very low expectations. But it turns out that this antenna has a powerful receiver inside and gets more than 30 channels. I am surprised and very pleased overall.
The unit comes with a flat,
square antenna about the thickness of a folder and the size of a large napkin. Setup
is easy, you just connect the booster to the antenna and the cable & USB to
the TV and you're ready to go. The challenge is finding the best place in your
room to pick up the greatest signal. The picture was definitely HD quality with
no interference or static. The reception will also depend on where you live
geographically. I certainly did not expect any miracles but have been surprised
by the results, ease, and quality of this HDTV antenna. The only recommendation
I would make is to adhere it to the wall with something besides the adhesive on
the back. If you're using the window, the adhesive is removable.
